To mark this anniversary, a decoration competition on the theme of \u00abTables and Ambiences\u00bb was launched among hotel schools, followed by a gala evening at the Casino de Montreux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The celebration, conceived by Madame Monique Touzeau, paid tribute to the family's creativity, tradition and know-how.
