Maternity - Salvador Dalí

Limited edition with certificate

Product description

Salvador Dalí's sculpture Maternité, created in 1978 in collaboration with Daum, is an exceptional work that combines the creative power of the master of surrealism with the artisanal excellence of pâte de verre. Produced in a limited edition and numbered 65/200, this rare piece combines a deep, luminous violet with gilded bronze details, magnifying the contrast between the materials. It bears Dalí's signature in relief and is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing its patrimonial value. Officially presented in Montreal in 1978 at an event that marked the history of art and luxury, Maternité remains an iconic work, sought after by collectors for its refinement and unique character.

We recommend that you care for your Daum crystal pieces with the Daum Care Kit.
You also have the option of using a soft, dry microfibre cloth, without the addition of water or any detergent or cleaning product.
In the case of agglomerated dust or if the part loses its shine, we recommend :
- Wash in clear, warm water, without detergent
- 24-hour drying
- Buffing with a soft, lint-free cloth
If the piece has bronze or other metal parts, it's best not to get them wet, just dust them off and polish them with a soft cloth.
In terms of recommendations for use, we recommend the following:
- Do not position your piece outdoors. It must be protected from the sun and bad weather.
- To avoid thermal shock, avoid positioning your piece directly next to a source of excessive heat.
- Place your piece on a stable surface capable of supporting its weight.
