These words from Ms Monique Touzeau sum up the philosophy that has driven Maison Touzeau since its inception. Behind every welcome, every recommendation and every project lies a wealth of experience gained over a lifetime devoted to the fine arts of the table.
When Monique Touzeau married Maurice Touzeau, a master chocolatier and pastry chef, they worked together to build up their family business, sharing the same high standards of quality and the same commitment to a job well done.
From a very early age, their children, Béatrice and Bruno, naturally choose to join this venture. After completing their studies, they join the company and learn the trade alongside their parents. In this way, they inherit not only expertise built up over decades, but also a unique approach to supporting each customer.
Today, they carry on this vision with the same passion and, in turn, pass it on to the whole Touzeau team.
