Care instructions

Here are a few tips on how to get the most out of your Bernardaud candle:
- Leave your candle to burn for 1 hour the first time you use it, to ensure that the wick burns perfectly, and then ideally in 2 or 3 hour increments the next time you use it.
- Trim the top of the wick regularly to prevent it from smoking, and refocus it when the wax is still warm so that the porcelain doesn't blacken.
- Avoid placing your candle in a draught or moving it when it is lit, so that the wax burns evenly.
- If you have children, remember to place your candle high up on a non-flammable surface; stay close to your candle when it is lit to avoid any risk of fire.
